How can I do a merchandise return?
First step: login to our site, then, in your account page, click on "Order history and details".

Find the order you want return and click on "Details" (magnifying glass if using a mobile device)

Scroll down to products check list and (1) check all products you want to return and (2) set quantities.
When done, (3) write your message in the textbox for merchandise return and click (4) "Request a return".

Now your request is ready and in "waiting for confirmation" status.

As soon as we have processed the request, you will receive an email of "Order return status changed".
When you recive the email, come back to our site, in your account page and click on "Merchandise return".

You will find the order in "waiting for package" status and a "Print out" selection will be available.
Click on "Print out" and download then print the PDF file.

Now is time to prepare the package!
Put all products in the package and don't forget to put inside it the document just printed.
If you want, you can send us an email to notify us of your shipment.
Now you have to wait for the package arrive to us.
As soon as we receive the package, you will be contacted by customer service to complete the return operation.
