Fireforge Games do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. "Cookies" are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the delivery address book is used and to store your details if you select to register an account with us.
All goods are normally shipped through our courier to the customer's country and they are delivered to them through their local postal service.

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, normally by the next working day, but it can take up to 3 working days from order receipt. European customers should receive their orders, on average, within 15 working days of dispatch but in the vast majority of cases it's quicker than that (about 8-10 working days). Rest of the World customers generally receive their orders within a month. It is often quicker (about 3 weeks). The maximum waiting could be for any country of 28 working days.
Returns & Replacements
Fireforge Games comply with the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. A customer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund less ‘shipping costs’. Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by post within 7 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (less postage) or replacement. Fireforge Games has a shipping policy favouring the customer, making several offers on shipping as well as not charging the real shipping cost of the item(s). Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well as any costs related to Paypal payment service. Fireforge Games will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Fireforge Games’ only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s). The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation and only after having received the products back.

Please note we are not responsible for any Customs Charges outside of the EU. Payment can be made online using Paypal. Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards. You can make changes to your Fireforge Games account at any time by logging in at our Webstore. In here you have the ability to edit, delete and add to your delivery information and account information.
We guarantee all products to be of merchantable quality, and as advertised. If you feel otherwise, please contact us. We further guarantee that you may cancel your order by email right up until the point your order is shipped. Please also refer to our Returns Policy above.
